Mark Moran
Vice President of Business Development and Chairman of Advisory Board
Mark has over 30+ years as a professional consultant with proven success identifying new strategies, opportunities, creating integrated and innovative programs, establishing strategic partnerships, cultivating strategic partnerships, and relationships with C-level executives. Mark is an industry expert in planning, design, construction, and financing of medium and large scale projects. Mark has produced professional conferences, forums and risk management programs as subject matter expert. Mark holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Rollins College.

Christopher Donaldson
Vice President of Government Relations
Chris has 19+ years in civilian and military law enforcement. Chris has served as the Protection Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC) of the largest Expeditionary Sustainment Command (ESC) in the United States Army. Chris specializes in anti-terrorism vulnerability, threat assessments, hostile vehicle mitigation, and physical security threat mitigation development. Chris was honored in 2018 as the counter-terrorism professional of the year by the U.S. Army.

Leonard Rickerman
Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer
Leonard brings 29+ years of combined experience and expertise in operational security. Prior to joining LBM, he was the Operational Security Director at Thornton Tomasetti where he lead a team of TVRA Specialists in product development, and project completion to include all efforts for business development, marketing, and innovation. He contributed to the consistent growth of the practice by presenting creative ideas on products, processes and technology improvements. Previously, he served the Nation as a U.S. Army, Special Forces Officer and Department of Defense Civilian. He has comprehensive knowledge of threat and vulnerability assessment methodologies as well as security, safety, and risk management. He has specialized knowledge of counter-terrorism operations, countering weapons of mass destruction, and countering transnational organized crime in support of Homeland Security and Defense. He has extensive leadership, management and teamwork experience, which includes working with inter-agency and multinational organizations.

Benjamin Tolle
Vice President of Strategic Accounts
Benjamin spent 11 years as a Soldier in the United States Army. While on Active Duty, Tolle served in the 101st Airborne and as a Green Beret in the United States Army Special Forces where he executed and supported numerous combat and contingency operations across the globe. Upon his transition from the Army, Ben went on to Co-Found a Counterterrorism, Safety, and Security firm focused on supporting clients in the live sports and entertainment industries. His professional associations include InfraGuard and the Pacific Council. Tolle currently resides in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.

Colin McAllister
Founder and President
Colin brings 20+ years of combined experience and expertise in military, law enforcement, security, construction, and business management fields. Colin has proven expertise in counter-terrorism, anti-terrorism, intelligence gathering, operations integration, physical security, logical security, safety, risk management /assessment and logistical management. In addition, he has a comprehensive knowledge of threat and vulnerability assessment methodologies. Colin is customer focused and has extensive experience in consulting, architecture, design, deployment, implementation, customer training and support of security/construction projects.

Jeb Stewart
Chief Operations Officer
Jeb has over 40 years of project management experience in the construction industry. He is responsible for planning, designing, and managing projects that require complex structural, mechanical and electrical aptitude. He ensures designs are fully compliant with all codes and standards and brings a wealth of technical skills in cost control, leadership, project management, permitting, and business investment and implementation. Jeb demonstrates creative and visionary design solutions that respond to each client’s objectives and specific needs which has prompted various national and state awards in the building and design industry. He is passionate about giving back in local community youth through sports development and leadership.

Christopher Sublett
Senior Estimator
Chris has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry with a primary focus in estimating and project management of commercial projects at the senior level. He has worked on various types of commercial projects including office, retail, healthcare, industrial, and educational. In addition to working in the capacity of a general commercial contractor, Chris has also spent over two years of his career working as a senior estimator and project manager for a commercial concrete contractor. During his time as a concrete contractor, Chris has estimated and project managed various types of concrete structures and building methods including drilled piers, earthen formed foundations, formed foundations, slab on grade, slab on deck, retaining walls, tilt walls, and post tension parking and building structures. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He has also served as past-president of American Society of Professional Estimators-Chapter 33.
